Our client is a Tower Provider in Indonesia with growing dynamic environment that currently seeking talents to strengthen their business. Dare yourself to take a step on the following positions:
- Supporting design and construction process of tower
- Perform design and construction studies relating to tower modifications
- Do feasibility study of tower structures (monopole & guyed-mast)
- Compute tower loading and the strenght of soil and concrete foundation
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Civil / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering
- Having 1-3 years of experience in telecommunication industry
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Have proficient skill in tower design tools such as Autocad / MStower
- Experience using MS Excel and other general purpose software for engineering calculations
- Fast learner, team player, and having excellent communication skills
2. RADIO NETWORK PLANNING (Micro Cell Pole) [RNP]
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Electrical / IT / Telecommunication Engineering
- Having 1-3 years of experience in telecommunication industry
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Have proficient skill in Microsoft Excel and MapInfo
- Have some exposure in planning tools (Atoll, NetAct, PlaNet, etc.)
- Fast learner, team player, and having excellent communication skills.

1. TOWER DESIGN ENGINEER [TDE]
<15 positions>
Responsibility:- Supporting design and construction process of tower
- Perform design and construction studies relating to tower modifications
- Do feasibility study of tower structures (monopole & guyed-mast)
- Compute tower loading and the strenght of soil and concrete foundation

- Prepare neighbour / handover planning
- Do In-Building Coverage (IBC) planning
- Traffic dimensioning of circuit switch (CS) / packet switch (PS)
- Choose approppriate antenna types and beam pattern for certain clutter.
- Analyze radio propagation behaviour
- Support business team from radio network engineering perspective.
