Skills : TRM MW N/W planning for 2G,3G,LTE sites. 
Strong knowledge of TDM, Hybrid & IP based microwave radio. 
Knowledgeable of test equipment- SDH Analyzer, OTDR, OSA, protocol analyzer, optical power meter, Ethernet Tester, PRBS Etc. Strong technical skills in operating TRM system. 
MW indoor, outdoor, all types of functionality.
