Tasks
We are now seeking a Telecom Design Engineer to join our team in Jakarta who will be responsible to generate designs and detailed engineering deliverables for a telecommunication system engineering discipline working under the supervision of a Senior Engineer and Manager.

Reporting to the Telecom Engineering and Commissioning Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
Translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering documentation including drawings, configuration, and calculations
Maintain an understanding of contract scope and proactively identify variation requests to support contract claims
Follow work plans and cost estimates for work in own area of responsibility and proactively manage this work to deliver the agreed program on time, on quality and at targeted cost
Assist in creating proposals for engineering projects or programs through provision of bills of materials and estimated engineering hours for own discipline
Ensure completion of risk and opportunity assessments and the implementation of resulting actions for own projects
Collaborate with the Supply Chain function and review vendor documentation for standard, familiar materials and equipment
Use standard processes and tools (Autocad, E3) including 2D drafting and Telecom System software packages
Requirements
Key requirements include:

Diploma/Bachelor degree in electrical or Telecommunication engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication system especially in PLN system, fresh graduates are welcome
Fully expert in telecommunication system in Power Line Carier, Multiplexer fiber optic system, Radio system, MPLS-TP and wide networking system
Expert to use Autocad, Visio and E3 drawing tools
