Job Summary

We are looking for OSS engineers to be based in Caribbean island, 6-12 months contract

Requirements:-
1. Responsible for OSS?Switch, Blade Server, Disk Array? equipment installation commissioning and acceptance.
2. Performing the technical support, routine maintenance task, troubleshooting and system improvement.
3. Management and supervision of Server and Disk array performance,
4. Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues.
5. Perform other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request
6. Share the experience to all team members;
7. Take all kinds of technical trainings and improve the maintenance skills about the OSS equipment.
8. EMS network management, maintenance, troubleshooting, software platform upgrade, have ZTE EMS network work experience is better

Qualification and Requirements:-
1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
2. Five years experience in telecommunications field.
3. Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
5. Proficient in English
6. Willingness to work in shifts or in a flexible program, if necessary
7. Must have a thoroughly understanding of principle of Unix /Linux/ Oracle/VMware, HP blade Server EMC Disk Array especially
8. Familiar with HP blade servers, Dell small servers, including hardware and software components (installation, monitoring, maintenance) .
9. Familiar with IBM, EMC, Fujitsu and other; flexible array disk, master the magnetic array hardware installation, debugging (magnetic array division, file system to create the entire process)
10. Familiar with TCP / IP transport network, have several kinds of skill: network knowledge, configure the network switch and fiber switch.
11. Familiar with Unix / Linux operating system installation and system basic operations
12. Familiar with oracle database and Sybase databases commonly used operations. Will use sqldeveloper, RazorSQL and other tools
13. Have basic knowledgeable with RAN system, computers and TCP/IP networks.
