Vacant Position: Nokia Networks - Global Service Delivery – Fault Management Engineer
Position Description
The Fault Management Engineer takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems, ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA agreed, coordinate and communicates them to key stakeholders, contributes to develop processes and tools, participates as an expert in own technology and is active in networking and knowledge sharing.
In Service Delivery, engineers will develop and ensure fault management activities remotely (or if required, on site) from Jakarta offices to projects throughout the world, executing the following typical tasks but not limited to:
Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization, Corrective action, and Verification of Network/Equipment Fault
Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines)
Liaises with Customer Care organization regarding Network outages
Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
Supports Major service outage investigations and follow up, include Root Cause Analysis Creation
Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window
Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages
Work Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hours

English proficiency is a must

Team Player
Excellent Network Operations Deployed Technology Competency, i.e : Flexi Multi Radio 2G/3G/LTE
Knowledge of McBSC/McRNC is a plus
