[Career] End To End Performance Engineer
The consultant will for example have to help the customer in finding where a network issue is coming from in order to transfer the problem to the right customer’s team.
• Specific skills:
– E2E Network Performance Management (a better expertise is required on Core but Radio must not be neglected)
– Knowledge in 2G/3G network optimization methodology
– Ericsson and Huawei experience with network parameters, performance management and supervision
– Good knowledge on 2G/3G signalling and protocol layers (radio & core interfaces: Iu, A, Iub, Abis, Gn, MAP, ISUP…)
– Reporting and good analytics level
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work with a team composed by different skill competencies
– English speaking is mandatory
– Portuguese speaking is a plus
