1. Master microwave communication theory, good knowledge of microwave communication products

2. Master microwave project installation, network integration, network design and maintenance,know,understand the whole network topology and know the signaling process

3. Have experience of new build, expansion, reconstruction and IP evolution scenrio on living network and P&E project, have delivery experience of more than 1000 hops MW network

4. Master the ability of information analysis, network design, integration test, service and data migration, service integration verification and acceptance, networking optimization

5. Have the basic knowledge of transmission and RF,IP

6. Understand the framework and basic part of ITR process

7. Understand the framework and basic part of service delivery process

8. Master the method of technical risk management in project
