we are Hiring for our client a Telecom Transmission Onsite Support in Algeria.
The main responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and resolving transmission network failures
Configuring new transmission nodes
Performing software alignment on transmission nodes
Handling Trouble Tickets (TTs) and customer service requests
Performing preventive maintenance
Managing backups and checking server/disc space
Implementing DCN plans
Providing On-the-Job Training (OJT) to customer engineers
Coaching and mentoring the customer's Transmission Engineers
Preparing monthly activity reports.
The candidate should have knowledge of:
Telecom / Datacom + IP, /nodes such as:
Traffic Node
SOEM
SPO
Mini-Link
