Responsibility:
Maintaining the normal operation of network 2G/3G RAN services and /or
resources in a way the fulfils Managed Services SLA’s and KPI’s
commitments.
Strong troubleshooting skills on 2G system.
Handling all BSS related trouble tickets
Network availability report and customer complaint.
Daily/Weekly Worst Cell Analysis
Hardware Problem Identification and Escalation
Customer complaint investigation
KPI reports
