Hiring: Radio Performance Monitoring Engineer – Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
We are currently looking for an experienced Radio Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
- Shift-based role (24/7 Operations)
- Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Radio KPIs (2G/3G/4G/5G) and ensure optimal network performance
• Troubleshoot RF-related issues using Ericsson tools
• Investigate network/system faults and meet SLA/WLA targets
• Maintain proper documentation for configurations and optimization activities.
✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in RF Engineering
• Strong knowledge of RAN KPI optimization (2G/3G/LTE/NR)
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson tools (Performance / Optimization / Monitoring)
• Experience in multivendor telecom environments
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
