We're Hiring: Solution Architect – Telco Industry

Are you passionate about designing end-to-end telecommunications solutions? We are looking for a Solution Architect who can drive RF Planning, RAN (2G–5G), Transport, Core, and OSS/BSS solutions with strong technical expertise and strategic thinking.

In this role, you will:
• Design High Level & Low Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
• Analyze and optimize RF & RAN performance based on KPIs
• Prepare technical proposals (BoM, topology, implementation estimates)
• Present solutions to customers through workshops, demos, and PoC
• Collaborate with global principals (Huawei, ZTE, Fiberhome, etc.)
• Support implementation and provide knowledge transfer

We are looking for professionals with experience in RF/RAN or Solution Design, strong understanding of Telco network domains (RAN, Transport, Core), and the ability to work in multi-vendor environments.
