SevenNet is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Monitor to join our technical operations team.
Key Goal:
Monitor and escalate any issues related to the servers, networks and telecommunications by consistently
troubleshooting and monitoring.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
1. Documentation and reporting.
2. Monitor Power system (Power failure) back-ups- core room –LTE sites.
3. Implement ticket management for the internal issues and third-party issues.
4. Network analysis and routine troubleshooting by conducting early escalation.
5. Maintaining the stability of the core network.
6. Engaging in rotation shifts 24/7.
7. Identification and prevention of any potential issues regarding the network.
8. Perform pre-defined actions – Per operations procedure for certain alarm types.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications and IT Engineering
Experience: Fresh Graduation
Language: English (Intermediate)
