Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with senior engineers on network design, upgrades, and optimization.
- Prepare and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and procedures
- Support network security, compliance, and access controls
- Research and stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies & best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Excellent teamwork & communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Networking certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+
- Internship or hands-on experience in Networking / IT is a plus
