We're Hiring for Huawei GNOC Project!

Afro Group Egypt is looking for a NOC Front Office L1 Engineer to join Huawei Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) project.
📌 Job Purpose
Monitoring, managing, and reporting on network parameters & performance KPIs across RAN, IPRAN, MW, and BSS domains.
🔹 What You'll Do:
·        Monitor CT/IT systems & infrastructure (OWS).
·        Perform first-level service quality surveillance, alarm handling & problem escalation.
·        Dispatch, escalate, and notify relevant teams while coordinating with different support units.
·        Generate regular reports on network performance & incidents.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
·        Bachelor's degree in Communication/Computer Engineering or related.
·        2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
·        Fluent English is a must (both written & verbal).
·        Strong knowledge of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and incident management lifecycle.
·        Good understanding of NOC operations, SLAs, and KPIs.
·        Preferred: Mobile Package, CCNA, SQL, Linux, ICDL, NTI Diploma.
·        Preferred: Specific Core and IP experience
·        Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
·        Excellent problem-solving, teamwork & communication skills.
·        Ability to work in 24/7 shift environments.
📍 Work Location: Smart Village – Egypt (onsite).
