Job Description :

1. Assist PM for overall responsibility for project activities
2. Assist PM for plan and control survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material and equipment logistic
3. Assist PM for general control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawing and other information with customers, approval of equipment layout and network configuration data
4. Assist PM for supervision and control of subcontractor to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of contract

Requirement :

1. Bachelor’s degree from engineering (Min GPA 3.20)
2. For Experience only
3. Hand-on skill and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA
4. Willing to work under pressure and in fast changing environment
5. Fluent in English

Job Description :

Site acceptance and E2E site monitoring (including survey, MOS, installation, commissioning, and acceptance)
Implementation progress, quality, problem feedback and handling
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, infrastructure needs, and potential challenges

Requirement :

Minimum 2 years of work experience in telecommunication project sites.
Bachelor degree in Telecommunication major or other related to IT, engineering, etc.
Good command of English both oral and written
PMP Certificate is an advantage
Have basic knowledge on telecommunication or other IT, engineering related, project management knowledge
Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill, fast learning
Proficient at MS word, excel, PPT
Good analytical skill, detail-oriented, strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
Able to work under pressure, business trip, and overtime if needed
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

*Site Engineer PE is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design, implementation, and maintenance of site infrastructure. This role involves working closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all site installations meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
