About the job

Job Description:

  • Create, schedule, and execute the various processes identified by using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
  • Responsible for Incident, Request Fulfilment, Problem, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Design & Documenting Service Level Management according to ITIL Framework.
  • Generate written reports and present them to the supervisor and other parties as needed.
  • Coordinate, follow up, and liaise with L1/L2 Team to maintain the SLA
  • Maintain documentation among the IT department processes and procedures.
  • Review and provide feedback for the current SLM processes and documentation


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and actively exposed to ITSM process (software and process)
  • Certification on the ITIL v3/v4 Framework is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the business process, industry nuances, and leading practices in the area of focus
  • Analytical skills & Orderly mind with logical planning/reporting skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Excellent both technical and functional skills, along with being well presented and able to build good relationships quickly
