FTTH - PROJECT MANAGER ( SURABAYA / BALI / SULAWESI DAN SEKITARNYA )


Job Responsibilities :
• Support of Project Director
• Weekly reporting on progress about FTTH installation
• Maintain relation with customer
• Responsible for communication with the customer about FTTH installation
• Responsible for coordinating with regional team about installation schedule
• Responsible for the subcontract team management
• Responsible for material forecast, controlling & updating material

Requirements :Minimum bachelor degree from engineering major;
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
The candidate should have the capability to understand the major steps of technical processing and support project delivery. Interpersonal skills and basic technical skills of OSP and ISP FTTH in the field are required.
English interpreter skills
Ability to communicate efficiently
Good negotiation skills
High presentation skills
Cultural awareness
Ability to adapt changes
Ability to motivate team members
Excellent office computer skills like MS Office
Will be placed in Surabaya / Bali / Sulawesi , local people is preferable
