Job Summary

The Optimization job role purpose is to improve the overall service quality to ensure business consistency.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Perform complete transport / IP design review provided by customer/OEMs.
Evaluate and enhance the transport / IP quality in customer’s network
Estimate implementation plan for the designed network and coordinate it to project team and customer
Communicate technical issues inside the project and to external projects
Provide support to project team in customer discussions and respond to questions related to transport and IP network design
Present Transport and IP network design review, recommendations and optimisation features and preferred configuration to customer
Demand fiber requirement based on current network topo with respect to capacity/redundancy etc.

Professional / Technical Competence
Good knowledge of 2G/3G/4G IP RAN configuration & Planning
Can fully utilize planning tools (like visio, Google earth, etc)
Very good knowledge on optical power loss.
Knowledge of Managed Service telecom practice

Human competence
Team work: Ability to work as a part of a Team and lead small projects within area of responsibility
Communication: Good communicator
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
Creative & innovating thinking
