Huawei is hiring "SOC Operation Director" with the Below responsibility and requirement:
💡 Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and optimize SmartCare service operations and delivery to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
· Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Manage Team KPIs, Efficiency and drive continuous performance improvement.
· Establish and maintain data governance, operational standards, and workflow processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to enhance service experience.
· Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational risk management.
· Manage Customer requirements including E2E delivery, Weekly, Monthly engagement.
🔎 Requirement:
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in telecom, preferred have Huawei SOC Experience.
· Experience in develop new dashboard and work with Data analytics, to create new UCs.
· Manage any User Experience or network Experience teams with any digital platform.
· Strong background in service delivery and service operations management.
· Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional like PS CORE/CS CORE and RF.
· Experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments or customer experience management systems is highly desirable.
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational projects and large-scale implementations.
