Job Description :

Responsible for Packet Switch /Unified Subscriber Center /Circuit Switch /IP Multimedia Subsystem product project. implementation engineering design, configuration and troubleshooting. Support Network Performance analysis and KPI reporting.
Has expertise in 5G IMS, MGW Ericsson, MSC Ericsson, PS Domain Huawei, Signalling (STP,DEA/DRA), IPhone/B2B & FTTH.
Support network performance analysis and KPI reporting, network operations in on lowest traffic time.
Responsible for Fault management in terms of coordination among other Back Office teams (Core, VAS and IN).
Responsible for Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Core, VAS and IN network elements within defined SLAs.
Support cutting-edge implementation such as Volte & 5G.
Expert knowledge about telecommunications (4G&3G Network Architecture, NFV Architecture).
Responsible for managing the Back Office resources to get the effective utilization of resources.
Responsible for Leading Coordination with customer and MS internal departments and 3rd Party technical Partner
Responsible for supporting Planning by providing Resource, network topology and information

Requirement :

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT).
Minimum 5+ years experience with telecommunication industry.
Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage.
Proficient with Reporting Process and have good presentation skills.
Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts.
