Huawei Egypt - Cloud-Core back office team leader

Huawei is hiring "Cloud-Core back office team leader" position, with the Below responsibility and requirement.

Responsibilities:
1.      Lead Cloud Core BO team in Cloud, Core-PS , DRA & PCRF domains
2.      Manage Operation and maintenance for core nodes (SGSN/MME , GGSN/SGW/PGW , CG/NCG , iDNS/eDNS , SMF/AMF, DRA/DEA , AAA , PCRF).
3.      Manage Operation and maintenance for cloud systems NFVI, containers , and performance tuning , Huawei Cloud is preferred "Fusion Sphere"
4.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Core Network, Radio , OCS/Charging, OSS, Enterprise and CS/IMS teams.
5.      Perform complex tracing and logs analysis, lead troubleshooting, identify early risks, risks tracing & recovery.
6.      Team technical capability enhancement, team workload control, identify team's gaps & optimize required enhancements.
7.      Maintain customer network safty, ensure cyber security.
8.      Network change management KPIs tracking & enhancement.
9.      Ensure contingency plan, risks proactive.


Requirements:
1.      4 + years' experience in Cloud Core PS domain.
2.      Deep experience with packet core platforms & Cloud telecom "Huawei products is preferred [Cloud-UGW, Cloud-USN, Cloud-CG, Cloud-UNC, Cloud-UDG, Cloud-UIM , Cloud-PCRF , Cloud-USC] ,[ Fusion Sphere , Fusion Stage]..
3.      Very Good experience in Datacom domain.
4.      Participate in network evolution projects, including readiness for 5G.
5.      Proficient in trace analysis and tool like Wireshark , complex tracing and logs analysis.
6.      Excellent troubleshooting &RCA capabilities.
7.      Strong analytical and customer-centric .
8.      LLD, HLD, network topology awareness.
9.      Ability to lead team & enhance capability level.
10.  Very Good English (Spoken & written).
