What You'll Do:
Monitor live traffic & carrier performance
Troubleshoot customer & supplier issues
Adjust routes & resolve performance problems
Coordinate with teams to provide solutions

Requirements:
Diploma in IT, Networking, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years in Technical Support is a plus (fresh graduates welcome!)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Fluent in English & Malay
