*Data Transmission Network Operator - Brussels, Belgium*

We're seeking a skilled Data Transmission Network Operator to join our team in Brussels, Belgium, and ensure the reliability and performance of our datacom network.

*About the Role:*

As a Data Transmission Network Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring and ensuring the good functioning of all Datacom platforms
- Analyzing, solving, and escalating problems arising in the Datacom network
- Contacting stakeholders in case of network incidents or planned works
- Responding to questions and requests from other teams and departments
- Executing administrative tasks to maintain Datacom platform quality
- Contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in electronics, ICT, or telecommunications, or equivalent technical experience
- Practical knowledge of modern LAN and WAN networks (SDH, DWDM, IP/MPLS, VOIP)
- Experience as a Helpdesk officer or Network Operations Engineer is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other language and English
- Motivated to continuously learn and broaden technical knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills

*What We Offer:*

- Full-time contract
- Hybrid onsite presence in Brussels
- Working hours: 7h30 - 16h00
