📢 Job Opening: 5G Performance Engineer
📍 Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze 5G network performance and KPIs.
2. Perform network optimization and troubleshooting to improve coverage, capacity, and quality.
3. Conduct performance testing, drive test analysis, and parameter tuning.
4. Identify root causes of network issues and provide corrective solutions.
5. Work closely with RAN, Core, and OSS teams to ensure network stability.
6. Prepare technical reports and performance improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile network performance or optimization.
3. Strong understanding of 4G/5G RAN technology and KPI analysis.
4. Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, Actix, or similar).
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in 5G NSA/SA network optimization.
2. Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus.
3. Vendor experience (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei) is an advantage.
