📢 We're Hiring | Field Mentor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We're looking for an experienced Field Mentor to join our telecom operations team in Riyadh. The role involves on-site coaching, training, and supervision of ASP teams, ensuring installation quality, EHS compliance, and adherence to Ericsson and customer standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct on-site mentoring, training & quality audits
✅ Support ASP teams during installation, commissioning & troubleshooting
✅ Ensure EHS pre-work compliance & risk reporting
✅ Oversee site readiness, documentation & customer acceptance
✅ Track team performance (Quality, Safety, Installation standards)

🎯 Requirements:

• 3–5 years' experience in GSM Field Installation, Integration & Troubleshooting
• Strong Ericsson RBS 6000 knowledge (2G/3G/LTE)
• Transmission & RF experience preferred
• EHS certified (Working at height, First Aid, Firefighting, etc.)
• Technical degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering
