Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Provide end-to-end technical support (pre-sales & post-sales) for enterprise-grade datacom & access network solutions
🎯 Design and implement complex network architectures for major telecom operators
🚀 Lead network modernization and migration projects
📊 Perform advanced troubleshooting and network optimization
💡 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized technical solutions
👨‍🏫 Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members
Technical Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
⏳ 5+ years hands-on experience with large-scale data communication networks
🔧 Expert-level knowledge of: IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, QoS
📡 Required hands-on experience with: Routers, Switches and/or OLT, ONT/ONU for FTTx solutions
🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
🗣️ Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
📜 Industry certifications: HCIE, HCIP, CCIE, CCNP
🌐 Telecom service provider background
📋 Project management experience
