We're Hiring: RAN Senior Integration Engineer
 Location: Saudi Arabia
 Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

We're looking for a highly skilled RAN Senior Integration Engineer to lead and support the integration and rollout of Ericsson RAN nodes, with a strong focus on 5G/4G and automation. If you're an expert in Ericsson technologies and have hands-on experience delivering complex projects at scale — this role is for you!

 Key Responsibilities

 Prepare SW upgrades, audit network, and execute network-wide upgrades using ASU & FNIs
 Lead feature activations, build automation scripts, and perform KPI-based FNI reporting
 Create LLDs, MOPs, and rollout strategies based on Solution HLDs
 Act as project tracker owner and ensure timely, quality delivery
 Assign, guide, and support junior engineers to accelerate team growth
 Troubleshoot advanced integration issues and ensure First Time Right (FTR) delivery
 Drive automation, improve workflows, and reduce integration cost per site
 Coordinate with CPMs and ensure successful acceptance/PAT

 Qualifications

 BSc in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science
 6+ years of Ericsson RAN integration experience
 3+ years in a leadership role within integration delivery teams
 Proven delivery of 1500+ RAN nodes in at least 5 major projects
 Strong knowledge in 5G/4G; working knowledge of 2G & 3G
 Advanced skills with Ericsson integration tools & automation methods
 Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
 Leadership and presentation skills are essential
 Programming knowledge is a plus
