We're Hiring: Project Director – NOC Operation
Location: Jakarta | Indonesia

Are you an experienced leader in network operations? We're looking for a Project Director to lead the setup and seamless 24/7 operation of a Network Operations Center (NOC) for a major telecom operator in Indonesia.

You'll oversee a cross-functional team of 150+ across 5 key domains:
- Network Management
- Service & Complaint Management
- International Roaming
- Fixed Network Operation

If you have:
✅ 5+ years leading NOC or similar operations
✅ 8–10 years in telecom (Core, Datacom, IR, etc.)
✅ Strong project management (PMP/Prince), ITIL, and automation know-how
✅ Excellent leadership, crisis management, and stakeholder coordination
