Project: Huawei – Telkomsel Rollout
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated OSS Engineer to join the Huawei–Telkomsel Rollout Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting OSS-related activities including network integration, configuration management, performance monitoring, and coordination with field and core teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage OSS platforms related to Huawei equipment .
Support rollout and integration of new network elements (NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB).
Perform KPI monitoring and report generation.
Ensure data consistency between OSS and network elements.
Coordinate with field engineers, RNO, and NOC teams for issue handling and troubleshooting.
Perform configuration backup and regular system health checks.
Ensure timely delivery of OSS-related tasks in the rollout project.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as OSS Engineer in a Telco environment (Huawei preferred).
Familiarity with Huawei OSS tools.
Experience in Telkomsel projects is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of LTE/UMTS/GSM technologies.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willing to be based in Jakarta full-time.
