We're looking for a Senior RAN Integration Engineer to join a major telecom project in Saudi Arabia. If you've led big RAN rollouts, handled upgrades and features, and know how to work smart (not just hard), we want to talk to you.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Prepping the network for go-live—running audits, checking readiness
• Executing live RAN software upgrades using Ericsson tools (ASU, FNIs, etc.)
• Building out integration steps (MOPs, LLDs) and making sure nothing's missed
• Rolling out new features across large clusters and keeping KPIs in check
• Automating wherever possible to save time and avoid repetitive work
• Guiding junior team members and owning delivery quality
• Handling escalations and working with support to fix tough issues
• Making sure everything is documented, accepted (PAT/FAT), and delivered right the first time
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
• 6+ years working with Ericsson RAN (4G/5G a must, 2G/3G nice to have)
• Experience leading teams and large-scale integrations (think 1500+ nodes)
• Solid understanding of automation, integration workflows, and feature activation
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint—and maybe a bit of Python or Bash
• Strong communicator—you can explain the technical stuff without losing people
• Someone who can stay cool under pressure and keep projects moving
