Job description

Position: Microwave Engineer

Location: North West, North East, Central, South ( Area and sub region )



Responsibilities:

1.     Good skills in MW transmission planning (Frequency Planning, Interference analysis, etc.).

2.     Hands on experience on microwave planning tools like WinRPT, Google Earth, MapInfo, Pathloss 4.0 / 5.0, etc.

3.     Knowledge of site engineering & Topographical Surveys like MW LOS survey, frequency scanning survey, etc.

4.     Knowledge of various MW products like Ericsson, Huawei, Alcatel, Nokia, Siae, etc.

5.     Familiar with the process of MW permit application.

6.     Work in Wind / H3G or familiar with Wind / H3G network is a plus.

7.  Knowledge of IP & DCN planning concepts.

8.     Good analytical skills & communication skills.

9.      Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.



Qualification & Requirements:

1.    Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent

2.    3 years experience in telecommunications field.

3.    Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

4.    Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills

5.    Proficient in English

6.    Willingness to work in shifts or in a flexible program, if necessary

7.    Have basic knowledgeable with CAF system, WCDMA system, computers and TCP/IP networks.

8.    Be familiar with windows and UNIX system is required.

9.    Other manufacturers equipment operation and maintenance experience is plus.
