You will supervise the front office team managing all aspects of the core network operations;



• This will include daily core network Health Checks

• Performed Core network Configurations when required

• Performed Core network system backups and create and implement an up-to-date disaster recovery plan

• Monitor all network changes effected on Core network nodes under a change management process

• Handle all customer complaints and Respond to all faults and incidents raised through NMC

• Managed incidents 24x7 ensuring minimal disruption to network service and fast service restoration

• Ensure SLA are upheld

• Establish the areas of network surveillance

• Improve Trouble Ticket Management

• SLA Preparation and Network KPIs Reporting
