Build Manager / Site Manager - Mobile Telecommunications 4G

A Build Manager / Site Manager with a strong technical and civil / construction background within 4G / LTE deployment projects is required by our telecommunications client. The Build Manager / Site Manager will be responsible for managing the construction activities on site to ensure sites are constructed on time and within budget in a safe manner.

 The Build Manager / Site Manager responsibilities will include:-

    Interface between project managers and small works contractors
    Manage technical issues on site
    Making sure the work meets legal requirements and Building Regulations
    Reporting regularly to the client/Project teams
    Determine labour requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites
    Schedule the project works in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
    Support gating meetings or multi-skilled visits
    Manage specific site construction methods
    Ensure required site quality is obtained by sub contractors
