Hi Good day for all of us, curently we are looking for some position for Philipina Project.

Noted : must Fluent in English.

1. Civil Work Supervisor

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Preferably License Civil Engineer and with Working At Height Certificate.

• Preferably with experience and can Supervise from Site Kick Off Meeting, Site Layout, Tower Foudation Excavation, Rebars Installation, Concrete Pouring of Tower Foundation, Tower Erection, to Site Development.

• Preferably Supervise Tower Erection Works.

• Preferably with Knowledge in CW Acceptance from Voltage Test, Grounding Resistance Test, Verticality Test, Bolt Torque Test and Insulation Test to PAC and FAC.

• Fluent in English is a must, Prefer to be able to communicate in Mandarin.

2. Project Control Manager

Requirement :

- Education: University degree or above, major in Electronics & Communications Engineering.

- Project management, Rollout management, War room management, Subcontractor management, telecommunication project, Power company project experience is preferred.

- Proactive, hardworking, serious and responsible, strong execution ability.

- Good at communication, able to work under pressure, work independently, spirit of team work.

- Work location: Depending on the project. Business travelling outer city if needed.

- Years of Working (Except for exceptional excellence):

or Project management/database management/project planning experience, 2+ years, or Telecommunications and related companies experience, 3+ years (1+years management), or SAQ management experience, 1+ years, or SAQ experience, 3+ years;

- SAQ management experience, SAQ experience, SAQ Knowledge is preferred.

- Operates Microsoft Excel with high proficiency, exceptional mathematical ability (preferred). (Skilled in using function. Skills such as VBA can be used first)

3. Regional Project Manager

Requirement :

-       Responsible for the end to end project (E2E) delivery on the assigned Region.

- Responsible and managing large team members.

- Making project governance model, and process internally and externally, build and lead a team to implement it.

- Responsible for E2E planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

- Develop of project documentation identifying project goals

- Manage the scope of project and control changes, achieving the project delivery KPI according to milestone such as Design/Permission//RTB/PAT/PAC and achieving the monthly KPI

- Education: University degree or above, major in Electronics & Communications Engineering.

- Work experience: 5 year experience in project management.

 Experience: Site Acquisition, Civil Construction

-       Must Fluent in English

4. Tower Supervisor

Requirement & Job Desc:

- 6 years of civil work& tower work experience,  have WAH certificate experience.

- Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentation.Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.

- Coordinate with SAQ team for handovers.Trouble shooting & resolution of operational issues of tower.

- Supervision of Pile work, Mat Foundation, Lift core casting, share wall, column, beam, finishing work,civil work,tower  installation etc.

- Frequently site visit to guideline the tower installation,check the tower installation quality including meet the  requirement of design,all the tower test like Verticality Test, Torque Test, tower PAC test, and all other on site test.

- Expert in tower, good knowledge in tower system: - Tower product site survey, Tower delivery, Tower foundation, Tower  test, Self support tower installation, Mono pole tower installation rooftop installation etc..

- Familiar with civil work &tower work project procedure: Project design, Project survey, Project delivery, Acceptance testing,

- Prepare the total project implementation plan and comply with the real progress.

- Coordinate between local partner's project

5. Civil Design Engineer

Knowledge & Skills:

- Experience in Civil & Telecom with at least 4 years.

- Be familiar with the implementation workflow of Turnkey telecom projects carried out in Philippines and be able to execute good quality control in all survey and design related activities.

- Good at MS-Office (WORD, Excel) and AutoCAD 2D&3D(version 2004 or above) ,STAAD and STAAD FOUNDATION operating.

- Good communication skills and drafting skills, quality and cost oriented mind and hard working.

- Candidates shall be familiar with relevant local and international Codes and Specifications such as  American Standard and Philippines standrad in terms of civil work and structural design, especially tower, tower foundation

6. MW Product Technical Engineer

Requirement :

RF product Technical Engineer

- Exp with MW project technical  delivery.

- Exp with MW product detail solution design.

- Exp with MW product commission and troubleshooting

- Exp MW product on site training to engineering team

- Must Fluent in English

7. RF Optimization Engineer

Requirement :

-  Experience in LTE network optimization

-  Be familiar with LTE parameters and KPIs, and LTE optimization measures.

-  Calculate basic statistical indicators, collect and analyze traffic statistics, and analyze network problems in accordance with traffic statistics changes.

-  Be able to analyze DT faults, and have a deep understanding of LTE parameters and wireless signal optimization measures.

-  Have subcontractor management capabilities, and provide technical support for subcontractors.

-  Output optimization suggestions in accordance with test data, and output optimization reports independently.

-  Exp with ZTE Equipment

8. RF Planning Engineer

Requirement :

- Sites location planning based on reasonable topology.

- Radio parameters planning, such as Azimuth, tilt, PCI etc.

- Be familiar with some general planning tools, such as Google Earth, Mapinfo.

- Should know how to use simulation tools to output simulation plots and results, such as RSRP and SINR and so on and also - - can analyis simulation results for troubleshooting.

- Communicate with customer to propose planning solution and confirm with customer for some planning issues.

- Maintain RF database and delivery some planning infomation to all team members.

9. RF Product Technical Support

Requirement :

- RAN product technical  support

- Site data configuration

- Site trouble shooting support

- In charger of Site on air and PAC

- Site alarm monitoring and maintenance
