To PROVIDE EXPERT OPINION and MANAGE the execution of overall activities related to E2E FTTH service operations planning in order to maintain and enhance network reliability and ultimately support XL Axiata's business operations.

Job Accountabilities:
Identify and manage resources (Technical, financial and non-financial) required related to FTTH for service delivery for HQ.
Determine and execute key operational services and performance standards related to FTTH with business / functional owners for HQ.
Provide support in ensuring the right sourcing-mix and right vendor partnerships related to FTTH to optimize quality and cost of service delivery for HQ.
Coordinate with other units for requirements and changes related to FTTH new development, integration or operations for HQ.
Provide FTTH analysis report of telco service region Operation.
Support and contribute to continuous improvements based on FTTH telco service analysis report for region.
To define, develop, and review health checks standards of all FTTH  Element, including business continuity and regular testing procedure.
Managing any problem and Incident that in scope of Fiber Optic Operation, to gather any resolution with internal, Manage Service Partner, third party vendor and Business User unit, to solve and make improvement to mitigate the risk in future.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Min. 3 years relevant experience in FTTH
