LOOKING FOR NOC MANAGER FOR A LONG TERM CONTRACT JOB IN AFRICA

I am looking for NOC manager for a long term contract job in Africa .
 Experience and basic requirement are as follows:
1)Strong in People and Process Management – Front OÜce and Back oÜce operations of
the NOC.

2) Technical sound – Wireless operations(RAN, IP and Transmission), Fiber Operations,
Enterprise Network, knowledge of OSS and Core products will be an additional
advantage.

3) Tools knowledge- OWS, SDM, FM, ICTOM, WFM, Remedy, Netboss, Alarms
correlations tools etc

 4) Data analyzing capabilities specially of the NOC tools.
 5) Excellent in MS package usage- PPT making, excel application, data interpretations.
 6) Aggressive in handling large customer operations in 24×7 environment
 7) Excellent Customer management and Governance meeting handling .
8) Should be ready to work for extended hours when network outages needs to be
resolved.

9) Good in handling escalation management and strong follow up till the issues are
closed.

10) Provide guidance to Back oÜce(BSS, Transmission, IP, Optics, Enterprise) and Front
oÜce (surveillance and L1 fault handling)
