Senior RAN Consultant then please respond accordingly, however before you do please make sure you reach the following requirements:

• Consultant Radio Optimization that experienced handle strategic activities and/or Lead Optimization team

• Expertise on Radio Network planning and Optimization for Ericsson with multiple assignment globally (different countries)

• Experience with complex network performance improvement (multiple radio layer , multiple technology, R-KPI, S-KPI, different product solution)

• Experienced to develop Strategic Plan, KPI target evaluation, and End-User experience management with Customer

• Experience to develop network improvement master plan

• Deep understanding on Ericsson product features and parameters

• Experienced on trial/pilot First Feature Implementation or First Node Implementation

• Experienced supporting Global Event

• Experienced in multivendor Optimization Project

• Have exposure with SON, Geolocation solution

Location – Indonesia
Duration – 6 Month (extendable)
Rate – Negotiable (USD)
Start Date - ASAP
