Team Leader

PIC Document
PIC Quality Control
Project Coordinator


Responsible for:
BTS, MW, & E-Guard Commissioning
Site Integration
Troubleshooting
Installation Quality controller
Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP)

Requirements

Experience in same position as mentioned above for min. 2 years
Candidate shall agree to work Maluku Area and assigned to other area based on project requirement
Position no. 1 & 2; Graduated from High School or Vocational School
Position no. 3 – 6; Graduated from a reputable university min with a Bachelor’s (S1), Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications is preference
Familiar with BTS, MW, & E-Guard Commissioning
Familiar with ZTE equipment & Telkomsel Project experiences is preferred
Computer Literate and able to use technology effectively
Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
Must have good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min. supervision in a highly demanding environment

1. Home base in each Region
2. Travel arrangement from origin city recruit to assigned project city.

Company will chose candidate based on domicile.

Interview by phone with Recruitment Team
Interview by phone with User project
Interview Face to Face with Manager.
