Job description

Main Responsibilities:

- Co-design of MW complex antenna and wireless communication system architectures (multi-antenna / multi-beam)

- Research on new solutions for hardware technologies for MW complex antenna and wireless communication system, e.g. AiP, AoB, AoC, etc.

- Research on new package solutions for high power device for MW complex antenna and wireless communication system

- Research on low loss interconnect solutions for MW complex antenna and wireless communication system

- Identification of long term technology trends for antenna and MW devices

- Support of activities related to manufacturing process and quality validation (product validation)

Requirements:

· Master degree in Engineering.

· More than 10 years of experience in Microwave industry, with focus on technologies (i.e. PCB technologies, package solutions, interconnect design, etc.)

· Experience in System Engineering and Microwave architecture principles

· Deep knowledge of DFx design, reliability evaluation, thermal analysis, for frequencies above 10 GHz

· Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural environments.

· Strong team working attitude

· Fluent in English

· Availability to travel outside Italy.
