ACCESS TRANSPORT NETWORK DESIGN ENGINEER


Technical and/or functional skills:

Good understanding of 2G/3G/LTE technology (at least 2 of them)
Perform Access Transport Network Design Activities such as network topology design, nominal design, 2G over IP, Node-B WRAN connectivity, Iu calculation, transport aggregation, RXI dimensioning, VP/VC dimensioning, ATM addressing, VLAN dimensioning, IP RAN addressing, QoS Transport, and Node-B Synchronization
Analyze field survey such as site engineering
Provide network level and detail connectivity of WRAN / IP RAN equipment to Core Network and transport media
Provide IP RAN System in Network Level and Detail Configuration for WRAN and GRAN
Review transport network performance report as design input to improve the network
Review Network Design document, recommend improvement, revise and update as final document
Human Competence

Proven Track record with minimal 3-5 years’ experience as Access Transport Network Planning and Design operations
Be a team player and strong interpersonal skill
Ability to work under pressure
Have strong customer relationship and customer focus and have effective presentation and communication skills
Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and initiative
Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering, MIS or related field
