Job Description
• Responsible for the planning and operation installation, planning and operation MW Swap, commissioning, ATP process
• Ensure the equipment work properly after installation
• Monitoring progress project subcon or team
• Update report to Project Manager & Customer

Job Requirement
• Candidate minimal have Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications or Telecommunications
• Work base in Bali, West Java & Jabodetabek
• Working experiences more than 5 years relevant in installation, Commissioning & ATP on BTS, MW, E-GUARD
• Working experiences at least 3 years in Coordinator/Supervisor position
• Former employee of Indosat with MW Swap Project experiences is preferred
• Familiar with ZTE, NEC & ERICSSON equipment especially with the MW product is preferred
• Have experience in INDOSAT project and directly coordinate with INDOSAT person
• Have experience in Smartfren project and directly coodinate with Smartfren person
• Have good communication skill with internal and customer
• Have knowledge in scope of installation, troubleshooting & workload flow of project
• Very good command of English is mandatory, Strong leadership management, good analytical skill
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Application (especially Excel)
• Willing to be placed anywhere
