CONTRACT 6 x Field Manager || Africa || Must have SRAN Experience. Responsible for overall equipment implementation performance in region. Supports in building up and maintaining an organizational structure in region and zone level for the project implementation team; Within the region, ensures clear communication interfacing among different functions (network planning, site acquisition and permitting, civil works, logistics, subcontractors); Responsible for the timely ordering of all equipments and site materials (CW and DC power materials separately by CW manager) in cooperation with the Logistics; Participates in review of rollout and technical competence of service suppliers.
