Hiring: NOC Operations Manager

Hi everyone! I'm supporting a multinational company currently looking for a NOC Operations Manager — a strong technical leader to drive 24×7 Network Operations & Managed Services.

📍 Jakarta (Hybrid)
📅 Full-time | 🕒 3-month probation
💰 Salary: Up to IDR 52 Mio (Gross)
⚠️ Indonesian local candidates only

🔧 Tech Requirements:
• Zabbix (or similar NMS)
• Jira Service Desk (reporting & workflows)
• SMPP, SIP, SIGTRAN (messaging flows)
• Wireshark & packet analysis
• Linux (Ubuntu), IP Networking
• SQL & Excel
• ITIL practices (incident, problem, change)

📡 Key Scope:
• 24×7 monitoring, incident & alarm management
• RCA & service reliability improvements
• SOP, SLA & operational automation
• Collaboration with Engineering & Product
