Job Description

• To troubleshoot technical problems occurs in customer network
• To do health check and preventive maintenance for access equipment in customer network
• To built and update database of equipments and configuration in related network
• To analyze and optimize customer network
• To be responsible for customer satisfaction in maintenance delivery.
• To develop technical ability and capability of the customer
• Support Professional Service Project, delivery smoothly

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, telecommunication technical, Statistics, Mathematics, etc
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Microwave product (RTN), strong technical knowledge in mobile communications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken and written in English, mandarin is preferable
• Mobile and flexible, willing to travel if and when required
• Contract 1 year (renewable) basis
• Work base in Indonesia, Jakarta
