* Experience in RAN UMTS/LTE
* Experience in RF Planning & Optimization for UMTS/LTE
* Ability to optimize networks to improve the performance
by the experience of RF algorithm & parameters (KPI Optimization).
* Strong Communication Skills to Talk to Customer
* Experience with Arieso Geo tool.
