We need position the service required for ISAT Project for : Pre Launch Optimizations (PLO) & Singe Site Verifications (SSV) activities.
The activity will be part of rollout radio optimizations as in chapter 8.1 in Model B ChD - Network Design Optim TNO001 - 3G RADIO OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST.
Below is the requirement :
- 2G/3G/4G PLO/SSV Engineer
- Level 2/3 RAN Optim Competence
-Manage network design/Optimization and tuning activities in the Customer project to ensure fulfillment of contractual targets and customer expectations within Cost baseline.
- Responsible for the general management of the entire Network Design and Optimization & Tuning team, which includes but is not limited to Radio Access Planning
- Responsible for the successful acceptance of all Network Planning and optimization work by the customer.
- Strong background in the Radio planning and especially optimization 2G/3G/4G
- Proven NW Optimisation and Planning experience
