We're Hiring: Senior Delivery Engineer (FTTx & FWA) – Telecom & ICT Industry

One of our global clients in the Telecommunications & ICT industry is currently looking for a Senior Delivery Engineer to support strategic FTTx & FWA projects in the ISP sector. If you have strong experience in network architecture, technical delivery, and enterprise customer engagement, this opportunity could be the next big step in your career.
💡 What You Will Do
▪️ Lead technical solution communication and coordination with key enterprise customers including major ISP clients.
▪️ Conduct technical solution reviews and risk management to ensure smooth service delivery.
▪️ Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product engineers to provide fast and effective solutions.
▪️ Coordinate cross-domain teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
▪️ Drive service value enhancement through network monitoring insights and pre-sales technical support.
🎯 What We're Looking For
▪️ Strong experience in technical solution architecture design and project delivery in telecom / ICT environments.
▪️ Familiar with technologies such as:
- IP RAN for backbone networks
- SDN for data centers
- WLAN, SD-WAN, and firewall solutions for enterprise campuses
▪️ Solid knowledge of MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
▪️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
▪️ CCIE / HCIE certification is highly preferred.
▪️ Mandarin speaking ability is a plus.
▪️ Ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead technical teams.
