🧰 Position: Acceptance Manager – IPRAN Team
📍 Workbase: East Java – Surabaya

Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for overall project acceptance results.
2. Establish and manage the project acceptance team.
3. Coordinate with customers, project teams, and third parties to define project acceptance criteria, processes, and KPIs.
4. Organize the preparation of acceptance document templates, acceptance plans, and implementation solutions, including review and approval processes.
5. Manage acceptance implementation and process monitoring; prepare acceptance progress reports, summary reports, and continuously optimize the acceptance process.
6. Collect, manage, and escalate quality issues during the acceptance process; provide improvement and appraisal recommendations.
7. Work closely with the Executive Project Manager to strengthen and maintain customer relationships.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project acceptance, quality management, project delivery, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of IP RAN / transport network concepts is highly preferred.
4. Proven experience in defining acceptance criteria, KPIs, and acceptance milestones for IP RAN deployment projects.
5. Ability to manage, review, and validate acceptance documents, test results, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
6. Experience in process monitoring, acceptance progress reporting, and project risk identification and escalation.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with customers, project teams, and executive project managers.
8. Able to join as soon as possible.
9. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
