* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Civil) or related field
* Master's degree is an advantage
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
* Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent (preferred)
* ITIL certification (for IT/data center operations projects)
* Familiarity with Tier Certification standards (Uptime Institute / TIA-942)
* Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project management
* Proven experience managing data center construction, fit-out, or infrastructure projects
* Experience in managing large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
* Experience in vendor and contractor management
* Understanding of data center infrastructure (power systems, UPS, generators, cooling systems, fire suppression, BMS/DCIM)
* Knowledge of redundancy concepts (N+1, 2N, etc.)
* Familiarity with data center standards and compliance requirements
* Risk management and quality assurance knowledge
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
* Budgeting and cost control expertise
* Schedule management (MS Project / Primavera)
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong documentation and governance capabilities
* Detail-oriented, Ability to work under pressure
* Strong coordination and multitasking ability
* Proactive and solution-driven mindset
