MW Planning & Senior RF Engineers

We are #hiring for #MW #Planning and #RF #Engineers for #Bangalore.

#MW #Planning ( 3 to 6 Years ) :
1. Experience in Transmission MW Planning Tool like PATH LOSS 5.0 and Mentum Ellipse 8.6, MapInfo to plan and optimize a complex Transmission Netwo2.
2. Link budget planning in PL5.
3. Experience in Huawei MW (RTN 950/980/380).
4. Designing Microwave links for Greenfield sites and BW upgrade/degrade for existing links as per customer request.

#Senior #RF #Engineer 7 years :
1. Experience who can independently perform in RF Planning and Optimization activities into Either Ericsson 2G/3G or Huawei 3G/4G.
2. Radio Planning and Optimization of a GSM/WCDMA/LTE (2G/3G/4G) network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.
3. Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.).
